Installation, commissioning and acceptance
1. The preliminary acceptance of the equipment shall be carried out in the
supplier's factory. After the preliminary acceptance, the supplier is ready to
release the machine.
2. After the machine arrives at the factory, technicians will assist the demander in
installation and commissioning training by video.
3. Check the performance parameters and configuration of the device to
meet the requirements in the performance parameters and configuration table.
Technical Training
1. After the equipment installation and debugging is completed, the supplier shall
conduct on-site teaching and training for its personnel in the demander, so that
the trained personnel can basically master the operation of the machine and
solve simple faults
Warranty Period and technical Services
1. The equipment shall enter the quality guarantee period after acceptance at the
site of the demander. The warranty period is two years.
2. If the unnatural damage caused by improper use or modification by the
Demander is not within the scope of warranty, the Demander shall pay all
maintenance costs.
3. In case of equipment failure outside the warranty period, the supplier shall
send personnel for service in time and charge the cost of damaged parts. The
supplier promises to provide lifelong technical support and spare parts supply
after the warranty period.
