Product Description

CW-G800 high-speed paper cup forming machine, a latest developed high speed paper cup machine, achieves a stable cup making speed of 120-150pcs/min and in the actual development test, the maximum speed can reach more than 140pcs/min. We reversed the previous design and redesigned a more optimized mechanical transmission and forming system. Whole machine main transmission parts and helical gear transmission are more efficient and compact than those on C800.

Cup wall and the bottom of the cup are sealed with LEISTER bottom heaters and Even GREEN ultrasonic side welder imported from Switzerland and Taiwan. The whole cup making process is controlld and monitored by Delta inverter, Delta servo feeding, Delta PLC, Delta human-compoter interaction touch screen, Omron/Fotek proximity switch, Panasonic sensor, etc. Thereby improving the performance of the equipment and achieving fast and stable running. High degree of automatic and automatic shutdown in case of failure to minimize the labor intensity of workers and achieve operational safety.

8. PLC and touch screen control is used in cup forming, photoelectric eye is adopted in the entire failure control process.
9. Servo motor paper feeding improves equipment stability, achieves fast steady running, implements automatic fault stop and largely reduces labor cost
