CW-ZT750E automatic double lattice box forming machine has the advantages of pneumatic and mechanical combination,convenient operation, high speed, high efficiency and environmental protection, etc. the machine is a doublecompartment product from the original lunch box equipment technology improvement.
It has the functions of automatic paper feeding, hot pressing forming, automatic counting collection, mechanical action program control, paper shortage alarm, fault monitoring and so on. This machine adopts hot air generator air storage tank, which is suitable for single 300 grams of PE coated paper, kraft paper, cup paper, etc. it is used to produce single cell double compartment lunch boxes, disposable paper lunch boxes with covers, paper lunch boxes and kraft paper food packaging boxes.
1.The equipment adopts delta touch screen, Delta PLC, Parker rodless cylinder and other imported electrica components. The control system adopts PLC programmable controller + touch screen human-machine interface.
2.The paper feeding structure adopts the machine driven gear to drive the slide block, which is stable and durable. The mechanical action program control, paper shortage alarm, fault monitoring, mold forming at one time, convenient debugging.
3.Automatic take box device, cylinder stable, more durable, collection and accumulation device, automatic point collection, reduce labor input.
