Working principle: The plastic foam net extruder unit adds various chemical raw materials such as resin into the material barrel through a hopper. After heating, the foam gas is injected into the material barrel, which is stirred by the material barrel and extruded and cooled from the mold head. It is then fed into a traction machine and automatically cut off by a cutter to produce foam net sleeves of different specifications. Different specifications of foam rods, foam pipes, and other products can also be produced by changing the machine head and mold, Adjusting the formula can produce plastic foam products with different color and quality. The main characteristics of this unit are low investment and high output.
