1. Laminatingand cutting: from 9 layers of paper by gluing hot pressing compound punching, the max cutting speed of 40 times/min(Changeable knife, fork, spoon punching mold), after punching and cutting, the output of conveyor belt is collected manually.

2. Forming:put the knife, fork and spoon after punching into the fixed fixture, the manipulator takes the parts to the lower mold of the molding mold
(double-station molding), and the slide rail moves to the molding machine to complete the mold. The molded products are entered
into the sealing fixture by the manipulator, and then dipped, dried and collected manually
